NEWS
Happening this Week
Hover Cameras. Where is camera tech going? If this is where, it looks wild. This pocket camera, just launched on Indigogo is a drone, gimbal and camera all in one. While this one pops up from your phone?
Do you get Wedding Hangovers? You didn’t take the wine on offer but you’re still ‘hungover’ the day after. Yeah it’s not just you. This discussion dives into a bunch of raw experiences after you’ve shot the wedding.
Mog. You think your poses are good? These William Defoe inspired ones will mog ya.
Kodak>Everyone else. According to new 2025 (just released) survey on film use, Kodak is eating the film market. Overtaking Fujifilm as the most used film and taking share from all the other too. Survey here.
Flash on Film. Finally a good video explaining how to use flash on film camera. Youtube here.
YSL x Sigma. Not the iconic YSL just casually including the Sigma BF in their new concept store in Paris this week… the is one clean camera.
THE BIG IDEA
🥽 Clean your messy edits

@bottega53 and theferros
A vision for the finished image.
It’s editing month in Lensel PRO.. And we talk a lot about colour and tones when we talk about editing. You want nice tones duh. BUT the one of the biggest differences between an image that feels right and finished, and one that still feels messy and not quite right…. have nothing to do with your preset.
It’s actually in the tiny distractions. The wonky lines. The wall that is weirdly yellow. The bright corner pulling your eye away from the subject.
Things you don’t notice, or just casually, blissfully ignore. So today is about how to fix those things, and training your eye to see the finished image before you’re actually finished.
And we know what you are saying.. Aren’t we moving into an era of imperfect, unpolished vibes? Yes. But this ‘imperfect feel’ doesn’t mean accidental and lazy. It’s maybe even more intentional than ever. Mixing in loose, film-heavy, in-the-moment work with these kinds of ‘clean up editing’ concepts IS the winning formula.
So these are 3 secrets to cleaning up your messy edits.
